SUGAMYA INTERNSHIP: Sugamya internship is a program launched by Banyan Tree Brandvisers to help the differently-able community of the country. Successful applicants will join an internship project at one of the Banyan Tree companies. At the conclusion of the project the interns work is formally appraised and he or she also provides formal feedback on their overall experience. All interns receive a stipend depending on the project they are working on.

SEWA PROGRAM: The Sewa program is a unique experiential program which provides grass-roots level exposure to the real India and its culture. Participants work on different non-profit initiatives being carried out by Banyan Tree Brandvisers or its affiliate organizations. This program is enriching and helps participants gain a more empathetic and complete world view.

DISCOVER INDIA: Banyan Tree Brandvisers’ Discover India platform mentors rural India’s youngest and most dynamic talent. The platform enables the young minds to pursue studies and training in practical, environmental, traditional, conventional and non-conventional values and skills.

PETALS – for the girl child: The Petals initiative sets aside an yearly fund for girl education in India. We aim to eliminate economic, social and geographic obstacles to girls' access to secondary and higher education, and to their enrolment in courses in science & technology.

SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP: The Social Entrepreneurship initiative of Banyan Tree Brandvisers aims to create an eco-system to identify, fund and promote social enterprises that have a positive impact on the social sector. The initiative also intends to create awareness on social entrepreneurship in India.
